After a week of very soggy weather we finally have a sunny day for our art studio building. Good thing as our structural steel and roof joists arrived on site. We went to work right away unloading the material. You really need rough terrain forklifts like this to navigate on a wet site.
The plumbers worked through rain yesterday to get
most of the underground plumbing in place. It needs final work today then testing and inspection.
If all goes as planned we should have a concrete floor in place by the end of next week.
