This new home is situated on a 5 acre site overlooking Circle Lake west of Northfield. It has very tradtional lines with tall ceilings and nice generously sized rooms. The front entry is sourrounded by authentic limestone. The interior wood trims are custom milled in keeping with the traditional home style. Many of the floors are milled from southern yellow pine brought to Minnesota by the owners. We used an open stairway with finished hardwood treads, risers, balusters and newels. The kitchen has an expansive center island with stone countertops. We used Eagle windows with nine light divided lights in this home.
