Oil Can Henry is an oil change and light vehicle maintenance facility. The building is mainly wood frame construction. The two service bays have a high vaulted ceiling with clerestory windows to provide daylight. There is a full basement under the building where oil and materials are stored, and workers perform their tasks from platforms under the vehicles.
