Northfield Construction Company

Millstream Commons is a 45-unit assisted living facility. Designed by Mithun Architects from Seattle, it is a three story wood frame builing. This was the first Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design (LEED) project that Northfield Construction completed. The exterior of the building incorporates cement board lap siding products. The building includes a remote bank facility, beauty shop, full dining and kitchen facilities, craft room and lounge areas. Each of the living units is fully handicap accessible and contains bedroom(s), living area, small kitchen and bathroom.
